Dominican Winter League :
11/25/24 action : Former Phillies minor league RHP Joel Cesar pitched 1.1 scoreless innings (0 H, 0 BB, 1 K) for Gigantes del Cibao in a 3-1 loss to Aguilas Cibaeñas. He threw a perfect inning on 11/27 against Tigres del Licey in a 5-3 win.
Puerto Rico Winter League :
11/27/24 action : Former Phillies minor league RHP Alexis Rivero posted his 5th save of the season with a scoreless inning for Leones De Ponce in a 5-2 win over Cangrejeros De Santurce.
Mexican Winter League :
11/26/24 action : Former Phillies minor league first baseman Joey Meneses went 4 for 4 (two singles and two doubles) for Tomateros de Culiacán in a 8-4 loss to Sultanes de Monterrey. With the effort Meneses took the league lead in batting average. He went 2 for 5 on 11/27 raising his batting average to .344. Meneses has signed a minor league contract with the New York Mets.
11/27/24 action : Former Phillies infielder Jorge Flores went 3 for 3 (two singles & double) with two RBIs for Algodoneros de Guasave in a 3-0 win against Cañeros de Los Mochis. Former Phillies minor league RHP Robert Stock threw six scoreless innings (2 H, 4 BB, 7 K’s) for Naranjeros de Hermosillo in a 7-2 win against Mayos de Navojoa.
Venezuela Winter League :
11/26/24 action : Former Phillies outfielder Odubel Herrera went 4 for 4 for Tigres de Aragua in a 15-4 win over Aguilas del Zulia.
11/27/24 action : Former Phillies center fielder Simon Muzziotti went 2 for 5 (double & HR) with a walk, two RBIs and three runs scored for Aguilas del Zulia in a 16-10 win over Tigres de Aragua.
Panama Winter League :
The League will consist of four teams - Catcher Eduardo Tait will be playing for Aguilas Metropolitanas based in Panama City.
Other Notes :
Former Phillies outfielder Jake Cave has signed with the Doosan Bears in the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) on a one year contract to play there in 2025. Former Phillies minor league RHP Jon Duplantier has signed a minor league contract with the Milwaukee Brewers.
