A couple of new hurlers joined High Performance Camp today in Clearwater as RH Mick Abel and RH Moises Chace were on hand. Mick stopped by to chat briefly, he’s in good spirits and is eager to begin his off-season work. Like all of the players he went home for a re-charge after the season and is now here till 11/22 (the date camp ends) to participate in the strength and conditioning work along with beginning his off-season throwing program. I reiterate earlier remarks i made in my “on the cusp” article that I believe he’s gonna bounce back in a big way in 2025 - I also told him that as well, he’s a golden personality - just someone if ya knew him you would root for. We also saw RHP Konnor Ash today - he lives locally and comes to the complex to get his off-season work in.
