Baseball blessings reflected one more year
As winter holidays approach us, oh so near
High Performance camps with conditioning expected
Led to the season including a “Bridge League” erected
Phillies minor league fellas did come to play
Crawford and Castellano led the Owens way
The Dodgers won the title with an MVP
As Ohtani and crew shined for all to see
The Phillies claimed the East but no pennant
Now open minded to changes to go get it
Mr. D promoted Preston and Sam both
Protecting the standard their continued oath
While indeed It is the season for holiday cheer
It also means that practice at the complex is near!
With the first HP camp on the schedule in a few weeks
Reparations and fixes from Fall storms to tweak
I have no doubts that the crew will be ready for the call
As January phantasy campers arrive to come play ball
So it is with heartfelt sincerity I wish you great times
With happy days and happy baseball always on my mind
