Otto Kemp singled in the third inning and went to third on a single by Gabriel Rincones Jr.  Cal Stevenson singled to score Kemp. Josh Breaux reached on a fielding error by the Syracuse third baseman. Oscar Mercado doubled to score three runs.

A walk, wild pitch and single scored a run for Syracuse in the 4th inning.

Gabriel Rincones Jr. homered in the seventh inning.
