Scoring Summary :
Eduardo Tait hit a long home run to right field in the bottom of the first inning.
Daytona scored seven runs in the second inning on two walks, four singles, a sacrifice fly, wild pitch and two run home run by Carter Graham.
A walk, stolen base, single, fielding error and double scored three runs for Daytona in the fourth inning.
Eduardo Tait was hit by a pitch in the sixth inning, he scored on a double by Aroon Escobar. Brady Day hit a sacrifice fly to score Escobar.
A hit batter and three walks scored a Clearwater run in the seventh inning. Two balks scored two more runs. Carter Mathison homered to left field to score two runs.
Two singles and a 6-4-3 double play scored a run for Daytona in the 8th inning.
Avery Owusu-Asiedu was hit by a pitch in the bottom of the 8th, he went to second on a passed ball. Eduardo Tait walked. Aroon Escobar singled to score a run. Tait advanced to third and then scored on a wild pitch. Joel Dragoo walked. With two outs in the inning Daytona put their first baseman in to pitch, he pitched out of the inning “firing” 83 mph fastballs.
