Scoring Summary :


A double and single scored a run for Syracuse in the third inning.


Justin Crawford singled in the bottom of the third, three consecutive walks then scored him.


Jon Singleton homered for Syracuse in the fifth inning.


Justin Crawford singled in the bottom of the fifth, Otto Kemp homered to score him.


Garrett Stubbs singled in the eighth inning, two consecutive walks loaded the bases. Rafael Lantigua reached on a fielders choice, a throwing error allowed two runs to score. Justin Crawford singled to score two runs.

A single, walk, two stolen bases and a ground out scored a run for Aberdeen in the eighth inning.

Bundle Up : Tonight was expected to be the 8th time since 2005 that the BlueClaws gametime temperature in their home opener was below 50-degrees (2007, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2024). Last year’s temperature of 49 was the coldest Opening Night temperature since it was 41 degrees in 2015, the coldest on record.

Ryan McCrystal hit a two run home run in the fifth inning for Daytona.


Dante Nori walked and Eduardo Tait was hit by a pitch in the 8th inning, Aroon Escobar singled to score Nori. A ground out and wild pitch scored Tait. Joel Dragoo singled to score a run.


Dante Nori singled in the ninth inning with two outs, Eduardo Tait and Avery Owusu-Asiedu walked. Aroon Escobar hit a grand slam home run to tie the game 💣👀.  Brady Day doubled and Joel Dragoo singled to score him for the walk-off win!!!
