Note :

The promotion of Johan Rojas to the major leagues no matter how long it lasts is an uplifting experience for everyone involved in player development.  Multiple players in the organization expressed their excitement with posts on their various social media platforms.  Johan is a popular team and organization mate to all that know him, his energy shines thru.  On the coaching and administration side of the equation there’s equal exuberance when a player gets to the show the first time and any time thereafter for that matter.  It extends to the broadcast teams who cover the games as well, you could hear the pride in Bob and Jake’s voices in the game last night.  It’s just a really cool thing and no matter how other folks react there’s that sense of family and organizational accomplishment every time a player gets that call.  I’m not an employee of the Phillies yet I also feel that family pride as in doing what I do I get to know people in the organization in a more personal manner than most fans have exposure to.  It’s just a really good feeling to see someone ya get to know a little bit get rewarded, good stuff.
